17 The court has received Plaintiffs Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings - Habeas
18 dated February 8, 2006, and Motion to Award Damages for an Over Detainment dated
19 February 21, 2006, In its June 17, 2004 Order (doc. #6), the court gave Plaintiff 30 days
20 to file an application to proceed in forma pauperis and instructed Plaintiff that his failure
21 to follow the cou1·t's orders would result in dismissal of this case. On August 5, 2004,
22 pursuant to the court's order (doc. #6), the clerk of the court entered judgment of
23 dismissal without further notice to Plaintiff and served notice of the judgment of
24 dismissal to Plaintiff at his last known address. Plaintiff is responsible for informing the
25 court of any change in his address and apparently did not do so.
, 26 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED striking Plaintiffs Motion for Judgment on the
