Hancock-MTH Builders, Inc., an Arizona corporation, Hancock-MTH Communities, Inc., an Arizona corporation, and currently d/b/a Meritage Homes Construction, Inc., an Arizona corporation, and Meritage Homes of Arizona, Inc., an Arizona corporation; Steven J. Hilton and Suzanne Hilton, husband and wife; John R. Landon and Debi Landon, husband and wife; Scott Keeffe and Vicky Keeffe, husband and wife; Roger Zetah and Jane Doe Zetah, husband and wife; and James Arneson and Zane Arneson, husband and wife, Third-Party Defendants.

On February 23, 2007, Plaintiffs filed a Response to Motion for Summary Judgment. That document grossly exceeded the page limitations. A Response to the Motion to Exceed Page Limits/Objection has been filed. As the Objection has been filed, it is respectfully requested that a protective order be granted in this matter allowing Defendants leave not to reply to Plaintiffs' Response to Motion for Summary Judgment until this Court has an opportunity to rule on the Objection. The filing of a Reply could in effect moot the Objection. As such, it is respectfully requested that Defendants' Reply not be due, if at all, until fifteen (15) days after the Court rules on the Motion and Objection regarding excessive page limits. In the event that the Motion is denied/Objection is upheld, it is respectfully requested that the Rick Hancock Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment be granted and judgment entered in favor of the Rick Hancock Defendants.
