pending Motion for Leave to Supplement Statements of Fact in Opposition to Defendants' Motions for Summary Judgment ("Motion") that Meritage filed on May 24, 2007. That same day, May 24, 2007, Meritage notified the Court and parties that, on May 23, 2007, Ellen Elford's Declaration had been prematurely misfiled. Greg Hancock has objected to the errant filing of Ms. Elford's Declaration and objected separately to the Motion. The Rick Hancock Defendants are scheduled to file their objections on or before June 8, 2007. For judicial economy, Meritage desires to file a single reply. Defendants have no objection. The parties stipulate that Meritage will have until June 15, 2007, to file a single reply memorandum addressing all objections to the Motion and its corresponding Declarations.
