WHEREAS, counsel for Greg Hancock has non-refundable airfare for a vacation trip

which departs in the morning on June 29, 2007, and is scheduled to return to Phoenix on July
19

7, 2007, and is also out of the country from May 27 through June 12, 2007;
20

WHEREAS, other counsel have no objection to a continuance of the Final Pretrial
21

Conference to another date; and
22

WHEREAS, counsel for Meritage have advised that they are unavailable due to
23

conflicts from June 11 through June 25 and from July 9 through July 20, 2007; and
24

WHEREAS, counsel for Rick Hancock has advised that he is unavailable due to
25

conflicts on July 12, 19, and 25 through 31;
