Dan Goldfine testifies as follows:
1. After reviewing Defendant Greg Hancock's Motion to Continue Dates for

Final Pretrial Conference and Trial (# 556) on May 13, 2008, I was at least curious and,
given some experiences in this case, perhaps a bit skeptical about Mr. Frisbee's claim of a

trial conflct.
2. I searched for a website like Maricopa County has and found http://public-

access.riverside.cours.ca.gov. See Exhibit 1 to this Declaration.
3. Following instructions provided on the website, I inputted the court case

number provided by Defendant Hancock. See id. at 1 (highlighted).
4. The website provided two cases, but neither was the case cited by Defendant
