THIS MATTER coming before this Court on the parties' stipulation and request for Extension of Time Re: Briefing Schedule on Discovery Dispute Concerning Defendants' Assertion of Attorney Client and Work Product Privilege, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants shall have until August 23, 2006 to file a brief that addresses the basis of Defendants' claim that the work product or attorney client privilege applies to the documents Plaintiffs challenge, and that Plaintiffs shall file a response to Defendants' brief on or before September 8, 2006.
