On July 25, 2006, the Ninth Circuit filed its decision in Chuck v. Hewlett Packard Co., No. 04-36094 (9th Cir. 2006), a copy of which is attached hereto. The decision is relevant to the statute of limitations and standing questions addressed in Sections II(B)(1) and II(F) of Defendants' Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Class Certification, and Sections III(A)(1) and (3) and III(C)(1) of Defendants' Supplemental Brief In Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Class Certification.
