Having considered a Joint Motion of Defendants to Extend Time to Lodge Proposed Joint Pretrial Order, filed with the Court on August 18, 2005, and good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that the Joint Motion, filed on August 18, 2005, is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the deadlines in the Order Re: Final Pretrial Conference [Doc. No. 27] are continued as follows: (1) the Proposed Pretrial Order shall be submitted 30 days after the Court rules upon Defendants' forthcoming dispositive motions ("the submission deadline"); (2) the parties shall exchange drafts of the Proposed Pretrial Order no later than 14 days before the submission deadline; (3) the parties shall file and serve all motions in limine no later than the submission deadline; (4) the parties shall file and serve responses to the motions in limine no later than a week after the submission deadline.
