Street, Phoenix, Arizona, Courtroom 503 on TUESDAY, January 29,
2008 at 8:30 a.m. for jury trial before Judge James A. Teilborg in
the above captioned case.
Upon completion of trial, the plaintiff shall be returned to
the custody of the Lower Buckeye Jail — Phoenix, Arizona.
