1 Defendant Maricopa County and Defendants Susan Armstrong, Richard
2 Teenstra and Colin Campbell will be tiling Motions for Summary Judgment on
3 August 19, 2005 and August 22, 2005, respectively.
4 Defendants respectfully request that this Court extend the time for
5 Defendants and Plaintiff to lodge the proposed joint pretrial order to thirty days
6 from the date the motions for summary judgments are ruled upon for the reason
7 that this may impact the pretrial order by disposing of the claims or part of the
8 claims. The proposed joint pretrial order is currently due on September 6, 2005.
9 On August 18, 2005, Defendants attempted to contact Plaintiff by phone
10 to discuss this matter; however, Plaintiffs phone number, as listed in the court
11 docket, is no longer in service.
