Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's "Notice of Rejuction [sic] and Request for Reconsideration of the Court" (Doc. # 137). In Plaintiff's Notice he again requests that this Court postpone judging his case. He avers that he needs additional time to present more evidence against Defendants' motion for summary judgment, filed in December. Plaintiff again has not demonstrated that a delay is warranted, and therefore the Court will not reconsider its position on granting a postponement in this case. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT Plaintiff's "Notice of Rejuction [sic] and Request for Reconsideration of the Court" (Doc. # 137), is DENIED. DATED this 21st day of April, 2006.
