The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's "Notice of Postpone of Judgement and Informing Notice" (Doc. # 134). In Plaintiff's Notice he requests that this Court postpone judging his case. He avers that in the time since he was released from the Pinal County Jail, he has been physically and mentally ill. Plaintiff further avers that his recent illness is attributable to the jail, which he intends to explain to the Court in a future filing. Plaintiff does not explain, however, why postponement is warranted as he states on page two of his notice that he is ready to proceed with his case. Plaintiff's case has pending cross motions for summary judgment and the Court will not postpone rendering a decision on those pleadings. Plaintiff's request will be denied. Accordingly, /// /// ///
