This matter arises on Plaintiff's "Rejuction [sic] Notice" and Motion for Extension of Time and Motion that Attached Materials be Supplemented. (Docs. 140, 141.) Plaintiff did not clearly state why he is seeking an extension of time or which pending motion he wishes to supplement. After reviewing the record, it appears that there are no pending motions that have not been fully briefed. Further, Plaintiff recently filed a Motion for Extension of Time and a Motion for Reconsideration of the Court's Denial for Extension of Time, both of which were denied. (Docs. 134, 136, 137, 138.) Plaintiff still has not shown why any delay in these proceedings is warranted in light of the fact that he has recently stated he is ready to proceed. (Doc. 134.) Furthermore, Plaintiff's case has pending cross-motions for summary judgment which are fully briefed and there is no reason for the Court to postpone rendering a decision on those pleadings. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to Extend Time (Docs. 140, 141) is DENIED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to Supplement (Docs. 140, 141) is DENIED. DATED this 25th day of May, 2006.
