ORDER

Before the Court is Plaintiff's "Request Motion for Leave to File Motion for Document" filed October 13, 2005. In the request, Plaintiffs sets forth in 7 pages averments related to the provision of writing materials. Plaintiff also requests a change of venue due to bias. The Court will deny Plaintiff's request for leave to again raise the issue of the provision of writing materials. See Doc. # 85. As for Plaintiff's request for a change of venue, Plaintiff's request will be denied. Plaintiff has demonstrated, through the filing of numerous motions, his ability to procure paper, a pencil, and copies. Therefore, any ruling regarding that issue is not the result of bias, even if that were a basis for a change of venue motion. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that "Request Motion for Leave to File Motion for Document" filed October 13, 2005 is DENIED. DATED this 14th day of October, 2005.
