Defendants Tanya (W illiams) Gant, Joseph Ortega and Rebecca Spurlock respond to Plaintiff's latest filing regarding the Court's Report and Recommendation that criticizes these Defendants' averment to the Court that Plaintiff has been provided with sufficient means to communicate with the Court, only by noting that Plaintiff spent 8 pages in informing the Court that he does not have a pencil and paper.
