16 Motion For Summary Judgement ("Motion for Enlargement").
17 On September 26, 2005 Defendant's filed a Response To Plainitff's Motion
18 For Enlargement, Objecting to the Motion For Enlargement, and the filing of
19 an Replacement Brief by the Plain tiff pertinent to Defendant's Motion For
20 Su mary Judgement.

22 Generally, Plaintiff anticipated an Motion To Strike Plainitiff's Resppnse
23 to Defendant's Motion For Su mary Judgement, pages 18-26. If the Court would
24 consider such a motion and subsequently grant a Motion to Strike pages 18-26 _
25 of Plaintiff's Response to Defendant's Motion For Summary Judgement, it
26 would render it insufficient, and ineffective in opposition to Defendant‘s
