transfer to Halawa Corr. Facility to this Honorable Court and the Defendant's
Attorney's. On September 8,2005 Plaintiff received this courts ORDER dated
August 19,2005 giving Plaintiff until September 30,2005 to respond to
Defendant Richard Smelser's Motion For Summary Judgement.
Plaintiff has no copy of Defendant Smelser's Motion For Summary
Judgement.(Motion) On September 9,2005 Plaintiff sent a letter to
Defendant's Attorney's for a copy of the motion. Plaintiff now seeks an
Enlargement of time to respond to the motion, an additional 30 days,
respectfully.
