Elliot and Alicia Elliot 20 having entered into a written Settlement Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "1" in the above 21 captioned action, hereby request that the Court dismiss the above captioned matter against all 22 Defendants with prejudice. 23 However, the Court shall retain jurisdiction to enter a Judgment against Defendant Scott 24 W.
