Pending before the Court is the parties' Stipulation to Extend Pretrial Conference, 17 Discovery and Dispositive Motion Deadlines. (Dkt. 44) In light of the progress achieved at 18 the settlement conference held before Magistrate Judge Edward C. Voss November 30, 2006, 19 the Court will grant the parties' motion. Accordingly, 20 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED GRANTING the parties' Stipulation to Extend Pretrial 21 Conference, Discovery and Dispositive Motion Deadlines. (Dkt. 44) 22 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED discovery shall be completed by February 2, 2007. 23 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall have through February 9, 2007 24 to file any dispositive motions in this matter and through February 23, 2007 to respond to 25 any dispositive motions. 26 . 27 28

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Final Pretrial Conference scheduled for December 19, 2006 is VACATED. The Final Pretrial Conference will now be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at 4 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall file a status report with this Court no more than 10 days after participating in the second settlement conference. The parties did not file a status report with this Court after the initial settlement conference, which was required by the Order issued on September 29, 2006 (Dkt. 38). The parties must keep the Court apprised of the developments in this case and further non-compliance with a Court Order will not be tolerated. DATED this 13th day of December, 2006.
