This is a follow up to our conversations during recent weeks regarding discovery.
l. We need to schedule a deposition for Kyle Barnette as soon as
possible, Please give me dates he is available. l believe his
deposition will take some time.
2. You agreed, at Teni Tolletson`s deposition, to turn over a copy ot`
her calendar For the relevant period and events {April through July
2004). Please supply this as soon as possible.
3. l requested to schedule a continued deposition of Kathleen Sinclaire
conceming her allegations ot` harassment by Agent N1cCal`Fery in
connection with this case. It` you still object to this deposition l will
arrange for a conterence with Judge Mcblainee. l understand he
prefers to handle discovery disputes by telephone conference.
