In light of the Court's recent Order modifying the pretrial schedule in this case [Doc. No. 29], IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Final Pretrial Conference, currently scheduled for August 3, 2006, is VACATED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Final Pretrial Conference shall take place on Tuesday, December 19, 2006, at 4:00 p.m., before the Honorable Stephen M. McNamee in Courtroom 605 at 401 West Washington Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
