It is ORDERED: Counsels ORAL MOTION TO RESET CERTAIN DEADLINES AND SETTINGS is GRANTED, and The DISPOSITIVE MOTIONS DEADLINE of February 17, 2006 is vacated and RESET to FEBRUARY 24, 2006. and The FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE of April 05, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. is vacated and RESET to APRIL 12, 2006 at 11:00 a.m.

The Proposed Final Pretrial Order shall be submitted no later than 5 days prior to the Final Pretrial Conference. Discussion is held regarding the Plaintiff' anticipation of dropping certain defendants s claims and adding certain factual averments that are not in dispute. and/or

It is ORDERED:

A SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE is set MAY 11, 2006 at 1:30 p.m.

Attorney(s) and Client(s)/Client Representative(s), including an adjustor if an insurance company is involved, with full settlement authority are to be present in person for the Settlement Conference. Each party shall submit an Updated Confidential Settlement Statement to Magistrate Judge Shaffer on or before MAY 08, 2006 outlining the facts and issues in the case and the party' settlement s position. In addition, each party shall disclose what it is willing to offer or accept in settlement.

The brief Updated Settlement Statements (12 pages or less) shall be sent via e-mail in a PDF format to [email protected] ALL additional settlement material (i.e. deposition transcripts, documents) shall be submitted to the court as hard copies. Counsel shall indicate in their e-mail if they are submitting additional information for the Court to read. Any additional material shall be delivered to the Office of the Clerk of the Court in an envelope marked " PERSONAL PER MAGISTRATE JUDGE SHAFFER' S INSTRUCTIONS"
