ORDER ENTERED BY MAGISTRATE JUDGE CRAIG B. SHAFFER It is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff' Second Motion to the Magistrate Judge for Extension of s Expert Disclosure and Other Discovery Deadlines (filed September 15, 2005; doc. no. 50) is DENIED, without prejudice. Until the trial date is reset, this court cannot modify the scheduling order as requested. Further, it is noted that the above motion is not in compliance with D.C.COLOL.CIVR. 7.1(A). The court expects parties to confer before filing any motions and to provide a certificate showing compliance with the local rule. This certificate shall indicate to what extent the parties conferred and whether or not the motion is opposed or unopposed. Future, failure to do so may result in the motion being denied.
