SHAFFER In light of District Judge Blackburn' Order on Plaintiff' Motion for Consolidation and s s Continuance of Trial (filed September 19, 2005; doc. no. 53) and Order Denying Plaintiffs' Motion for Continuance of Trial, Extension of Discovery Deadlines, and Corresponding Modification of Scheduling Order and Plaintiffs' Motion for Consolidation for Trial (entered in related Civil Action Number 04-cv01434-REB-CBS) it is hereby ORDERED that a telephonic status conference has been set for September 28, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time). Counsel for Plaintiff and Defendants, in this matter, along with counsel for Defendant in the Cadorna, et al. v. Safeway, Inc.
