Discussion is held regarding Defendants' Motion to Strike. It is agreed that Mr. Brennan now withdraws the current set of discovery which was served and will submit a new re-formulated set of written discovery, staying within the numeric limits. By allowing Plaintiff to re-serve discovery, the Court is in no way restricting the Defendants right to serve any objections to the discovery as permitted under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
