[PROPOSED] ORDER This matter came before the Court on Defendant's Motion to Stay Proceedings Pending the Supreme Court's Decision in Office of Senator Mark Dayton v. Hanson. Upon consideration of Defendant's Motion, Defendant's Memorandum Brief in Support, and Plaintiff's opposition thereto, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion to Stay Proceedings Pending the Supreme Court's Decision in Office of Senator Mark Dayton v. Hanson is GRANTED and no further proceedings may occur until further Order of this Court; FURTHER ORDERED that all the obligations of the parties, including but not limited to, discovery obligations, are suspended until further Order of this Court.
