upon this Court. 3. Delay in scheduling this case is prejudicial to Ms. Bastien as this matter was filed

April 30, 2001. 4. Plaintiff objects to reschedule the status conference because opposing counsel

refused to identify the business that prevented her from attending the status conference. Wherefore, the Motion for Stay and Continue the Status Conference should be denied.
