This matter is before the Court on Defendant' Unopposed Motion for Extension s of Time to File Scheduling Order and for Teleconference with the Court (Dkt. # 113). The Court has reviewed this filing and GRANTS the motion. The Court has SET a conference with counsel for the parties on Friday, January 19, 2007 at 12:30 p.m. (MDST) at which counsel may participate by telephone.
