Pursuant to the hearing on June 28, 2005, it is ORDERED that a pretrial conference is scheduled for October 7, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom A, Second Floor, the Byron White United States Courthouse, 1823 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado. A trial date will be set. Counsel are directed to comply with the Instructions for Preparation and Submission of Final Pretrial Order which may be found at www.cod.uscourts.gov/forms_frame.htm-PTO.
