Current Activities International Aviation Safety & Security Consultant in private practice. Perform aircraft accident/incident investigation and reconstruction; pilot arbitration and expert witness testimony; course instructor for Basic and Advance Aircraft Accident Investigation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University; develop and implement business/corporate and commercial aviation flight safety and security programs that include crisis management/emergency response, accident investigation, safety evaluations and compliance audits. Technical Background Served over 20 years with the Unites States National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) in the following positions: Senior Air Safety Investigator: Investigator-In-Charge (IIC) - NTSB "Go-Team; Managed all phases of assigned aviation incident/accident investigation and was responsible for the development of information requisite to the determination of the probable cause of both domestic and international major catastrophic aircraft accidents. Also developed and prepared U.S. Accredited Representative response to foreign government accident investigation authorities.
