("PWC"), through its attorneys, hereby provides notice of correction of an inadvertent error contained in its Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time for Defendants to File Reply Briefs as follows: 1. Defendant Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp. filed its Unopposed Motion for

Extension of Time for Defendants to File Reply Briefs on November 28, 2005, which contained one error that should be corrected. 2. On page 3 of Defendants' motion, the signature line for Thomas J. Byrne was

inadvertently left blank and should have contained the electronic signature for Mr. Byrne. Mr. Byrne verifies his signature on the Motion by his signature on this Notice of Correction.
