AIRLINE EXPERIENCE Employed by TWA in 1964 and subsequently became qualified on the Lockheed Constellation, Boeing 707, Boeing 727, Lockheed 1011, Boeing 747, Boeing 757, and Boeing 767. Served as an FAA-designated check airman on the Boeing 767. Performed maintenance-related flight-testing. Retired from TWA at age-60 on June 23, 1998, while flying as a Boeing 757-767 captain in domestic and international operations. GENERAL EXPERIENCE Almost 27,000 hours in 296 types of aircraft that include a Spirit of St. Louis replica and a high flight in a U.S. Air Force U-2 to 75,000 feet. Experience in experimental flight-testing of light aircraft with emphasis on modifications and flight data acquisition. Experience in transoceanic, polar, and international operations (including numerous flights around the world) in both large aircraft and small. Operational experience with Loran (A and C), Doppler, Inertial, Celestial, Polar (grid), Pressure Pattern, Global Positioning (GPS), VLF/Omega, and Flight Management System navigation. Experience in air taxi, corporate, and flight training activities. Organized, established curricula for, and taught FAA-approved flight and ground schools for all levels of pilot certification. Conducted numerous flight-safety seminars all over the world. Served as chair and participant on numerous FAA-advisory committees. Served as an aviation safety expert and consultant for numerous aerospace organizations and law firms (1970 to present).

VFR ROUTES IN HIGH-DENSITY AIRSPACE
Innovated and developed the concept that provides guidance for VFR pilots through complex, high-density airspace. These charts were published by Jeppesen Sanderson. A legislative bill, H.R. 3243, was written by then-Oklahoma representative, now Senator James M. Inhofe, which mandated the adoption of this concept by the Federal Aviation Administration.

PEACE FLIGHT: ISRAEL TO JORDAN
Conceived, organized, and led the first-ever flight (consisting of 31 light airplanes) between Israel and Jordan (with the direct approval of H.M. King Hussein and Israeli Prime Minister Itzhak Rabin)--May, 1995.

AERO-PROGRESS, INC.
Founded and became president of Aero-Progress, Inc. in 1959 (age 21). Conceived, developed, wrote, and published a series of unique and innovative educational products and training aids for pilots. These were marketed commercially and received international recognition. The product line was sold to the Times-Mirror Corporation (Jeppesen Sanderson) in 1963. Aero-Progress was dissolved at that time.

GENERAL AVIATION ADVOCATE/ACTIVIST
Active in numerous general aviation causes. Was influential, for example, in preventing the closure of Santa Monica Municipal Airport (a major reliever airport in the Los Angeles Basin) and providing airspace access to general aviation aircraft subsequent to the emergency closure of the Los Angeles Terminal Control Area (Class B airspace) Corridor.
