THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. _________ ORDER __________ On January 11, 2005, the parties filed a stipulated schedule for expert discovery, pretrial filings, and trial. Based on that stipulation, the court hereby adopts the following schedule in this matter: 1. 2. 3. 4. On or before March 1, 2005, plaintiff shall file its expert report. On or before April 1, 2005, defendant shall file its rebuttal expert report, if any. On or before May 20, 2005, the parties shall complete all expert depositions. On or before June 6, 2005, the parties' counsel shall meet and exchange witness and exhibit lists for trial. On or before June 20, 2005, plaintiff shall file the following: (a) (b) A Memorandum of Facts and Law, pursuant to Appendix A, ¶14(a). A separate statement setting forth a list of witnesses to be called at trial, pursuant to Appendix A, ¶15. A separate statement setting forth a list of exhibits to be offered at trial, pursuant to Appendix A, ¶16.

On or before July 18, 2005, defendant shall file the following: (a) Its response to plaintiff's Memorandum of Facts and Law, pursuant to Appendix A, ¶14(b). On August 8, 2005, a pre-trial conference will be held telephonically in this case at a time to be determined. The court's telephone conferencing service will contact the parties shortly before the scheduled conference time. Trial in this case shall commence on August 15, 2005, at a location to be determined. The parties are encouraged to continue to explore settlement of this matter.
