In The United States Court of Federal Claims
No. 98-168C (Filed: November 30, 2004) __________ NORTH STAR ALASKA HOUSING CORPORATION, Plaintiff, v. THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. _________ ORDER __________ On November 8, 2004, the court issued an order limiting the forthcoming evidentiary hearing on the alleged destruction of documents by defendant to witnesses with personal knowledge of the events that allegedly occurred on August 17, 2004, at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The court identified those witnesses as Ms. Debra Reese, Ms. Stacey Andreasen, Mr. Rodney Everett, and Ms. Lori Dallas. On November 22, 2004, plaintiff filed a motion to reconsider in which it brought to the court's attention that the list of witnesses identified in its November 8 order is incomplete and that an additional witness, Mr. William Edwards, who has personal knowledge of the events of August 17, 2004, and who was identified in plaintiff's list of proposed witnesses for the hearing, should be permitted to testify. The court therefore AMENDS its November 8 order to add the name of Mr. William Edwards. As with the witnesses previously identified, Mr. Edwards's testimony shall be limited to his recollections of the events of August 17, 2004. IT IS SO ORDERED.
