THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. _________ ORDER __________ The evidentiary hearing will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2005, via video conferencing at 2:00 p.m. (EST). The parties will initiate the video conference and counsel for both parties shall participate at the United States Court of Federal Claims, National Courts Building, 717 Madison Place, N.W, Washington, D.C. 20005, in the Mastin G. White conference room on the 7th floor. Except as otherwise provided by the parties, witnesses residing outside the Washington, D.C. area shall testify via video conference at a private location of their choosing. Witnesses in the Washington, D.C. area shall appear in person before the court. IT IS SO ORDERED.
