THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. _________ ORDER __________ An evidentiary hearing on plaintiff's emergency motion to stop the destruction of documents was held by videoconference on Thursday, January 6, 2005. The court denied plaintiff's motion from the bench and will issue a separate order relating its reasons for that denial. The court also indicated its intention to consider whether, under the rules of this court, it was permitted or obliged to impose upon plaintiff costs and attorney's fees relating to the hearing. Pursuant to the court's instructions in that regard, on or before January 21, 2005, defendant shall file a statement of its costs and attorney's fees relating to the hearing. IT IS SO ORDERED.
