The following eight exhibits will be offered at trial as summary exhibits pursuant to Rule 1006 of the Federal Rules of Evidence: I. North Star Alaska Housing Damages in Addition to $840,000 in the Expert Report Plaintiff's Trial Exhibit No. 409. Plaintiff's Trial Exhibit No. 409 is derived from the following sources: Facility History Files maintained for each unit, monthly rent abatement letters from the Government, yearly incentive decision notification letters from the Government, the 2001-2004 North Star Alaska Housing Corp. Work Authorization Summary (which was derived from the work authorizations kept in the facility history files), billing templates, the List of Repair Costs, North Star's cash flow reports, and subcontractor invoices. Each of these sources is located in the North Star office at 1066 7th Infantry Division Loop, Fairbanks, Alaska 99703. These sources were made available to the Government during discovery in January 2005, and will remain available for

The Facility History Files were made available to the Government in January 2005 during discovery, and will remain available for examination and audit at a time mutually acceptable to North Star and the Government.
