No. 05-410 C (Filed: May 14, 2008) ************************************* MARIO R. LOPEZ-VELAZQUEZ, * * Plaintiff, * * v. * * THE UNITED STATES, * * Defendant. * ************************************* ORDER On May 14, 2008, defendant filed an Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of Time. In its motion, defendant requests an enlargement of fourteen (14) days, through and including May 29, 2008, within which to file a reply brief in support of its motion for judgment upon the administrative record. Defendant's reply is currently due on May 15, 2008. Defendant states that this is its second request for an enlargement of time for this purpose and that plaintiff does not oppose its motion. Defendant represents that an enlargement of time is necessary for its counsel to complete a draft of its reply brief and to obtain appropriate review. Additionally, defendant indicates that several matters in other cases pending before this court and the Court of International Trade have required its counsel to devote greater attention than previously anticipated. The court finds that defendant's request is not unreasonable. Accordingly, defendant's motion is GRANTED. Defendant shall file its reply brief by no later than Thursday, May 29, 2008. IT IS SO ORDERED.
