IN THE UNITED STATES COURT OF FEDERAL CLAIMS ____________________________________ ) MARIO R. LOPEZ-VELAZQUEZ, ) ) Plaintiff, ) ) No. 05-410C v. ) ) (Judge Sweeney) THE UNITED STATES, ) ) Defendant. ) ____________________________________)
DEFENDANT'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE CORRECTED COPY OF THE CD-ROM CONTAINING THE ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD Defendant, the United States, respectfully requests leave to file a corrected copy of the CD-ROM containing the administrative record. Mr. Lopez-Velazquez has indicated that he is not opposed to this motion. This request is necessary because, in scanning the administrative record for inclusion in the CD-ROM, the Government inadvertently omitted certain pages from the electronic files on the CD-ROM. The Government recognized this error, and served a corrected copy upon Mr. Lopez-Velazquez, prior to the filing of Mr. Lopez-Velazquez's motion for judgment upon the administrative record. However, the Government at that time did not file a corrected copy with the Court. Therefore, we respectfully request leave to file a corrected copy of the administrative record on CD-ROM. Respectfully submitted, JEFFREY S. BUCHOLTZ Acting Assistant Attorney General JEANNE E. DAVIDSON Director
