In light of the difficult logistics facing plaintiffs and their counsel, located in Puerto Rico, to scheduling a deposition in Washington, D.C., the Court GRANTS defendant's request. The Court hereby modifies the schedule presented in its Order of January 23, 2008, which provided that the deposition was to be held on March 7, 2008.
