**************************** _________________________________________ AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER __________________________________________ On June 4, 2007, the Plaintiff filed a motion for additional time of 60 days to respond to the Court's order dated May 22, 2007, directing Plaintiff to respond to Defendant's motion for leave to amend answer. Plaintiff states that Defendant has no objection to this request, provided that the remainder of the schedule is also moved up 60 days. Good cause having been shown, Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall file its response to Defendant's motion no later than August 4, 2007, and the schedule is amended as follows: 1. Deposition of Fact Witnesses. All depositions of fact witnesses shall be completed by September 11, 2007. Dispositive Motions. Defendant shall file any dispositive motion on or before October 9, 2007. Plaintiff's response and/or cross-motion shall be filed on or before November 5, 2007, and Defendant's reply shall be filed on or before November 26, 2007. Plaintiff shall file its reply on or before December 14, 2007. Telephonic Conference. A telephonic status conference has been scheduled for September 20, 2007at 11:00 a.m. EST.
