The Court GRANTS the parties' request and amends the schedule as follows: 1. Written Fact Discovery. All written fact discovery shall conclude on or before May 14, 2007. Deposition of Fact Witnesses. All depositions of fact witnesses shall be completed by July 13, 2007. Dispositive Motions. Defendant shall file any dispositive motion on or before August 9, 2007. Plaintiff's response and/or cross-motion shall be filed on or before September 4, 2007, and Defendant's reply shall be filed on or before September 25, 2007. Plaintiff shall file its reply on or before October 15, 2007. Telephonic Conference. A telephonic status conference has been scheduled for July 24, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. EST.
