The Court GRANTS the parties' request and amends the schedule as follows: 1. Written Fact Discovery. All written fact discovery shall conclude on or before April 12, 2007. Deposition of Fact Witnesses. All depositions of fact witnesses shall be completed by June 15, 2007. Dispositive Motions. Defendant shall file any dispositive motion on or before July 3, 2007. Plaintiff's response and/or cross-motion shall be filed on or before July 30, 2007, and Defendant shall file its reply on or before August 21, 2007. Plaintiff shall file its reply on or before September 4, 2007. Telephonic Conference. A telephonic status conference has been scheduled for June 26, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. EST.
