In its motion, plaintiff states that it discovered several errors in the memorandum it filed on May 19, 2008, and wishes to make corrections for accuracy. Plaintiff enumerates three proposed corrections and appended a proposed copy of the corrected memorandum to its motion. Plaintiff represents that counsel for defendant and defendantintervenor do not oppose its motion. Accordingly, plaintiff's motion is GRANTED.
