In its motion, defendant seeks to correct specific errors contained in the administrative record it filed in this action on March 14, 2008. Defendant represents that neither plaintiff nor defendant-intervenor objects to its motion. Defendant's motion seeks the following corrections: (1) inclusion of additional pages to Tab 41 comprising part of the record before the Government Accountability Office ("GAO"), which were inadvertently omitted; (2) replacement of Tab 66 with the public version of the GAO's January 31, 2008 decision, all of which was inadvertently excluded save for the first page; and (3) replacement of the index, which inadvertently reversed Tab 16 with Tab 17, as well as Tab 47 with Tab 48. Accordingly, defendant's motion is GRANTED. The materials attached to defendant's motion shall be incorporated into the administrative record in this action. IT IS SO ORDERED. s/ Margaret M.
