No. 08-133 C (Filed: July 21, 2008) ******************************************* GLOBAL COMPUTER ENTERPRISES, INC., * * Plaintiff, * * v. * * THE UNITED STATES, * * Defendant, * * and * * QSS GROUP, INC., * * Defendant-Intervenor. * ******************************************* ORDER On July 18, 2008, plaintiff filed a Consent Motion of Defendant-Intervenor Global Computer Enterprises, Inc. For Leave to File Corrected Version of Application for Access Under the Protective Order ("motion").1 In its motion, plaintiff moves for leave to file a corrected version of John Janecek's application for access under the protective order issued in this case. Plaintiff represents that neither defendant nor defendant-intervenor oppose its motion. Plaintiff states that Mr. Janecek inadvertently omitted information from his March 13, 2008 application for access under the protective order. As a result, Mr. Janecek seeks to correct his application, which he appended to the motion. Accordingly, the court GRANTS plaintiff's motion. Plaintiff may file a corrected version of Mr. Janecek's application. IT IS SO ORDERED.
