Janecek filed a corrected Application for Access to Information Under Protective Order by Outside or Inside Counsel. Mr. Janecek's corrected application details one instance in which the GAO determined that Mr. Janecek violated the terms of a protective order when he inadvertently disclosed protected information. The GAO concluded that there was no evidence of bad faith and did not impose any sanctions. Under the protective order, section II.3, legal counsel for a party to the lawsuit is permitted access to the protected information covered by the protective order. Upon review of this additional information, the court GRANTS Mr. Janecek's corrected application. IT IS SO ORDERED.
