The court GRANTS the parties' motion. Accordingly, the following material shall be redacted from the publicly available transcript of the May 28, 2008 hearing: Page 4: line 13 (the first two words); Page 21: line 3 (beginning after "loss of its employees;") through line 7; Page 21: lines 12-25; Page 22: lines 1-16; Page 25: line 9 (beginning after "development contracts;") through line 11; Page 60: lines 14-25; Page 61: lines 1-25; Page 62: lines 1-25. The court directs the Clerk of the Court to serve a copy of this order on Heritage Reporting Corporation. The Clerk shall also provide Heritage Reporting Corporation with copies of the relevant transcript pages reflecting the parties' proposed redactions, which were attached to the July 14, 2008 Joint Motion.
