Defendant/Petitioner is not eligible for arrest record sealing relief because s/he was subsequently convicted of a misdemeanor or felony or was placed on supervision for a misdemeanor or felony within THREE (3) years after the acquittal or release or reversal of conviction, or completion of the terms and conditions of the supervision. Defendant/Petitioner is not eligible for conviction sealing relief because s/he was subsequently convicted of a misdemeanor or felony or was placed on supervision for a misdemeanor or felony within FOUR (4) years after the acquittal or release or reversal of conviction, or completion of the terms and conditions of the supervision.
