This matter coming before the court pursuant to 730 ILCS 5/5-535-5 et. seq. for hearing on Petitioner's Petition for a Certificate of Relief from Disabilities, the Court being fully advised finds as follows: 1. Petitioner has filed a Petition of Relief from Disabilities. 2.
